3. The product is intact and free from external and internal damage
4. Availability of documents confirming the purchase
5. Availability of justified reasons for return or exchange
6. Availability of an incoming inspection report
7. Availability of a report on storage location and conditions according to the product instructions
8. Availability of a report on employee training
9. Compliance of the transport used for delivery

The return or exchange delivery of the product is carried out by and at the expense of the buyer.
